Rules of the game “The Scrolls of Acronia. New hero.”

These Game Rules (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) define the mandatory rules of conduct for Users, the rules for using the functional capabilities of the computer game “The Scrolls of Acronia. New hero.” (hereinafter referred to as the “Game”), the procedure for interaction between Users and between Users and the Rightholder, as well as the measures taken by the Rightholder in the event of a violation of these Rules.

1. Terms and definitions

For the purposes of these Rules, the following terms are used with the following meaning:
1.1. The Game is the video game “The Scrolls of Acronia. New hero.”, distributed via the Internet through platforms such as Google Play, RuStore and App Store, as well as through other distribution platforms, including the software, the game world, the plot, the characters, the graphic materials, the musical accompaniment, the text materials, the interface, the game objects, updates, additions, fixes, as well as other elements and components that are part of the Game.
1.2. The Rightholder is the person specified in clause 12 of these rules, who holds the exclusive rights to the Game and is the rightholder of the Game and the operator of the Users’ personal data.
1.3. The User is a natural person who installs, launches, or otherwise uses the Game and accepts the terms of the License Agreement and other mandatory documents of the Rightholder.
1.4. The Account is the User’s account, created when necessary to access certain functions of the Game and to identify the User.
1.5. Digital objects — in-game currency, game items, equipment, weapons, armor, consumables, resources, characters, pets, skills, abilities, achievements, awards, cosmetic items, game sets, subscriptions, additional functionality, virtual services, as well as any other digital objects, usage rights or elements Games provided to the User during the use of the Game, regardless of the method of obtaining them.
1.6. Rules — this document (The "Rules of the Game " of The Scrolls of Acronia. New hero.”), which defines the terms of use of the Game, the rules of conduct for Users, and the interaction with the Rightholder.
1.7. The game’s website is the official website of the Rightholder, located on the Internet at https://leftforpain.com, and is intended for posting information about the Game, this Agreement, other legally significant documents, news, updates, as well as other information related to the Game and its use.
1.8. An update is any new version of the Game, bug fixes, changes to the game balance, additions of functional capabilities, the release of new game content, or any other change provided by the Rightholder.

2. General Provisions

2.1. These Rules define the rules for using the Game that Users must comply with, the rules of conduct in the Game, the rules for interaction with other Users and the Owner, as well as the consequences of violating these Rules.
2.2. Compliance with these Rules is mandatory for all Users from the moment they start using the Game and throughout the entire period of its use.
2.3. The User confirms that they have reached the age permitted to accept these Terms and Conditions in accordance with the legislation of their country of residence, or have obtained the consent of their parents (legal representatives).
2.4. These Terms and Conditions are one of the mandatory documents regulating the use of the Game and are applied together with the End‑User License Agreement, the Personal Data Processing Policy, and other documents of the Rightholder regulating the use of the Game.
2.5. In the event of a conflict between these Rules and the License Agreement, the provisions of the License Agreement shall prevail, unless otherwise expressly provided for by applicable law.
2.6. The Rightholder reserves the right to make changes and/or additions to these Rules at any time in order to improve the gameplay, ensure the safety of the Game, bring the Rules into compliance with changes in the Game’s functionality, applicable law, or for other reasons that the Rightholder deems necessary.
2.7. The new version of the Rules comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Game Website, unless another effective date is provided for in the new version of the Rules.
2.8. Continued use of the Game after the new version of the Rules comes into force means that the User has read and accepts their terms, unless a different procedure for accepting changes is provided for by applicable law.
2.9. Unless otherwise provided in these Rules, the terms used in these Rules have the meanings established by the End‑User License Agreement, and terms used in the singular include their use in the plural, and vice versa.

3. General Rules of Conduct for Users

3.1. The User is obliged to use the Game in good faith, reasonably, and exclusively in accordance with the License Agreement, these Rules, the Personal Data Processing Policy, and any other mandatory documents required to be accepted in order to start using the Game and its functional capabilities.
3.2. When using the Game, the User is obliged to comply with the requirements of the applicable legislation and to respect the rights and legitimate interests of the Copyright Holder, other Users, and third parties.
3.3. The User is obliged to independently ensure the security of the data in their Account and not to allow it to be transferred to third parties, unless otherwise provided for by the functional capabilities of the Game.
3.4. The User is obliged to immediately notify the Rightholder if they discover an instance of unauthorized access to their Account or if they have reasonable grounds to suspect such access.
3.5. The User is obliged to use the Game exclusively for personal, non‑commercial purposes, unless otherwise expressly provided for in the License Agreement or by written permission of the Rightholder.
3.6. The User is prohibited from using errors, vulnerabilities, shortcomings, or other features of the Game that allow them to gain unjustified advantages or disrupt the normal functioning of the Game. Upon detecting such errors, the User is obliged to refrain from using them and to report them to the Owner.
3.7. The User is obliged to comply with the requirements of these Rules, as well as to fulfill the legitimate requirements of the Owner aimed at ensuring the security, stable operation of the Game, and the observance of the rights of other Users.
3.8. Violation of these Rules by the User may result in the Правообладателем taking measures provided for in these Rules, the License Agreement, and applicable law.

4. Game chat and communication

4.1. When using the Game chat, the User is not entitled to:
4.1.1. Post messages containing insults, threats, slander, defamation of character, or any other information that violates the rights and legitimate interests of other persons.
4.1.2. Use obscene language, disseminate messages containing hate speech, discrimination, or calls to violence or the commission of unlawful acts.
4.1.3. Post advertisements, commercial offers, spam, or any other intrusive information without the prior consent of the Right Holder.
4.1.4. Publish personal data of third parties without their consent or any other information the dissemination of which violates the legislation of the Russian Federation.
4.1.5. Post messages containing malicious links, malicious software, or materials that could compromise the security of the Game or the Devices of other Users.
4.1.6. To impersonate the Rightholder, their representatives, the Game administration, or other persons in order to mislead Users.
4.1.7. To engage in any other actions when using the Game chat that violate this Agreement, the legislation of the Russian Federation, or the rights and legitimate interests of other Users.

5. User Content Rules

5.1. The User has the right to create, post, and use User Content exclusively in accordance with the functional capabilities of the Game, the License Agreement, these Terms, and applicable law.
5.2. The User is solely responsible for the content, accuracy, legality, and consequences of posting User Content.
5.3. The User guarantees that the User Content posted by them does not infringe on the rights and legitimate interests of the Copyright Holder, other Users, and third parties, including exclusive rights to the results of intellectual activity and means of individualization.
5.4. The user is prohibited from posting User Content that:
• violates the requirements of applicable law;
• contains obscene language, insults, threats, calls to violence, or discrimination;
• contains materials of a pornographic nature or materials of a sexual nature prohibited by applicable law;
• contains information whose distribution is prohibited or restricted by applicable law;
• violates the rights to the results of intellectual activity or means of individualization.
• contains malicious programs, links to such programs, or other materials that can disrupt the operation of the Game;
• misleads other Users regarding the User’s identity or the ownership of the Account;
• contains advertising for goods, works, services, online resources, or other advertising‑related information without the prior written consent of the Rightsholder.
5.5. The Rightholder has the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to restrict access to User Content, to delete it in full or in part, and to take other measures provided for in these Terms, if such content violates these Terms, the License Agreement, applicable law, or the rights and legitimate interests of the Rightholder, other Users, or third parties.
5.6. The deletion of User Content by the Rightholder does not relieve the User of liability for any violations of these Terms and applicable law.
5.7. The Copyright Holder is not required to carry out a preliminary review of the User Content, but has the right to moderate it at any time in order to ensure compliance with these Terms, the License Agreement, and the requirements of applicable law.

6. Prohibited Actions

6.1. When using the Game, the User is prohibited from:
6.1.1. performing actions that may disrupt the normal functioning of the Game, the rights and legitimate interests of the Rightholder, other Users, or third parties.
6.1.2. using errors, vulnerabilities, shortcomings, software malfunctions, or other features of the Game (exploits) to gain any advantages, bypass game mechanics, or disrupt the normal functioning of the Game.
6.1.3. use programs, scripts, bots, macros, input emulators, automation tools, or any other software or hardware that provides advantages in the Game or automates the gameplay, unless otherwise expressly provided for by the Game’s functionality.
6.1.4. take actions aimed at obtaining unauthorized access to other Users’ Accounts, the Game’s servers, the Rights Holder’s information systems, or any other resources that ensure the functioning of the Game.
6.1.5. to impersonate the Right Holder, their representatives, the Game administration, moderators, or other persons if this does not correspond to reality.
6.1.6. to use the Game to commit fraudulent activities, mislead other Users, obtain unlawful benefit, or commit other unlawful actions.
6.1.7. To sell, purchase, exchange, transfer, gift, lease, or otherwise dispose of the Account or to provide third parties with access to it, unless otherwise expressly provided by the Rightholder.
6.1.8. To sell, purchase, exchange, or otherwise dispose of Digital Objects outside the Game, unless such possibility is expressly provided for by the Game’s functionality or by the Rightholder’s written permission.
6.1.9. the sale, purchase, exchange, transfer, donation, assignment, or other remunerated or gratuitous alienation of game achievements, ratings, statistics, game process results, game positions, as well as other indicators related to the use of the Game, unless such an opportunity is explicitly provided for by the Game’s functionality or by the Written Permission of the Rightholder.
6.1.10. to take any actions aimed at circumventing restrictions, technical protection measures, sanctions, or other mechanisms used by the Rightholder to ensure the security of the Game and compliance with these Rules.
6.1.11. to take any other actions that may disrupt the stable operation of the Game, cause harm to the Rightholder, other Users, or third parties, as well as violate the requirements of the License Agreement, these Terms and Conditions, and applicable laws.
6.2. In order to ensure compliance with these Rules, the Rightholder has the right to moderate the Game, which may be carried out using automated systems and algorithms, including checking User content, Game names, messages in the Game chat, User actions, and other materials and information posted or used in the Game, as well as to take the measures provided for in these Rules if violations are detected.
6.3. The Rightholder may use automated systems and algorithms to filter out profanity/spam.
6.4. In the event of detecting violations provided for in this section, the Rightholder has the right to apply measures to the User without prior notice, as provided for in these Rules, the License Agreement, and applicable legislation.

7. Measures Applicable in Case of Violation of These Rules

7.1. In the event that the User violates these Rules, the License Agreement, the Personal Data Processing Policy, or other mandatory documents required to start using the Game, or the requirements of applicable legislation, the Rightholder may, at its discretion and taking into account the nature and severity of the violation, apply one or more of the following measures to the User.
7.2. The Rightholder may:
7.2.1. send the User a warning about the need to eliminate the violation that has been committed;
7.2.2. delete User Content that violates these Terms in full or in part;
7.2.3. change or delete the Game Name if it violates these Terms or the requirements of applicable legislation;
7.2.4. restrict the User’s access to certain functional capabilities of the Game.
7.2.5. temporarily suspend the User’s access to the Game or their Account for a period at the discretion of the Rightholder or their authorized representatives;
7.2.6. block the User’s Account for an indefinite period or terminate the right to use the Game in cases provided for in the License Agreement and these Rules;
7.2.7. delete or invalidate Digital Objects obtained by the User in violation of these Rules or as a result of using prohibited methods of obtaining game advantages.
7.2.8. take other measures provided for in these Rules, the License Agreement, the Personal Data Processing Policy, and applicable legislation.
7.3. The choice of enforcement measure is made by the Rightholder independently, taking into account the nature, severity, consequences, and recurrence of the violation committed.
7.4. The application of one enforcement measure does not preclude the possibility of subsequently applying other measures if the violation continues or new circumstances are identified.
7.5. The Rightholder has the right to take the measures provided for in this section without prior notice to the User if this is necessary to ensure the safety of the Game, protect the rights and legitimate interests of the Rightholder, other Users, or third parties.
7.6. The Rightholder’s application of the measures provided for in these Rules does not relieve the User of the liability established by applicable law.
7.7. In the event of restricted access to the Game, blocking of the Account, or termination of the right to use the Game, the User shall not have the right to demand compensation for any losses, reimbursement of the cost of Digital Objects, refund of funds, or payment of any other compensation, except in cases expressly provided for by applicable law.

8. Complaints and appeals

8.1. The User has the right to contact the Owner regarding issues related to the use of the Game, the application of these Terms and Conditions, the actions (or inaction) of other Users, as well as any other issues arising in the process of using the Game.
8.2. Complaints, statements, suggestions, and other appeals are submitted by the User to the Owner’s email address specified on the Game’s website or in the current privacy policy on the Game’s website.
8.3. When submitting an inquiry, the User must provide information sufficient for its consideration, including a description of the circumstances that served as the basis for the inquiry, and, if available, supporting materials (screenshots, video recordings, other documents and information).
8.4. The Rightholder reviews the received inquiries within a reasonable timeframe, taking into account their nature, complexity, and the scope of the necessary verification, and also has the right to request additional information from the User that is necessary for the consideration of the inquiry.
8.5. If the User fails to provide the information necessary for considering the request, the Rightholder has the right to leave such a request without consideration until the relevant information is received.
8.6. Based on the results of considering the request, the Rightholder has the right to take measures provided for in these Rules, the License Agreement, the Personal Data Processing Policy, and applicable legislation, or to refuse to satisfy the request if there are no grounds for doing so.
8.7. The User’s submission of an appeal does not suspend the validity of these Rules, the License Agreement, or the application of the measures provided for in these documents, and also does not relieve the User of the obligation to comply with their requirements.
8.8. The Rightholder has the right not to consider appeals containing offensive language, threats, obscene expressions, knowingly false information, spam, or appeals that are not related to the use of the Game.
8.9. Unless otherwise provided by applicable law, the decisions made by the Rightholder based on the consideration of an appeal are final within the framework of the internal procedure for considering appeals.

9. User’s Responsibility

9.1. The User is responsible for complying with the requirements of these Rules, the License Agreement, the Personal Data Processing Policy, and any other documents required to be accepted by the Rightholder before the start of the Game, as well as applicable legislation, when using the Game.
9.2. The User is solely responsible for all actions performed using their Account, unless they can prove that such actions were performed without their knowledge due to circumstances for which they are not responsible.
9.3. The User is obliged to ensure the confidentiality of the data required to access their Account and to take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access to it by third parties.
9.4. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided to the Copyright Holder when using the Game, as well as for the legality of the User Content posted by him.
9.5. In the event of damages to the Copyright Holder, other Users or third parties due to violations of these Rules, the License Agreement or applicable legislation, the User is obliged to compensate such damages in accordance with the procedure provided for by applicable law.
9.6 The User is responsible for using the Game in ways that violate the rights and legitimate interests of the Copyright Holder, other Users or third parties, including violation of exclusive rights, dissemination of prohibited information, use of prohibited software and commission of other illegal actions.
9.7. Holding the User liable in accordance with these Rules does not preclude the application of other measures against them, as provided for in the License Agreement, these Rules, and applicable law.
9.8. The Rightholder is not liable for any consequences arising from the User’s violation of these Rules, the License Agreement, the Personal Data Processing Policy, or the requirements of applicable law.

10. Amendment of these Rules

10.1. The Right Holder has the right at any time, at its discretion, to make amendments and/or additions to these Rules without prior consent from the Users.
10.2. Amendments and/or additions to these Rules may be made to bring them into compliance with applicable legislation, to change the functional capabilities of the Game, to improve the gameplay, to ensure the safety of the Game, to protect the rights and legitimate interests of the Rightholder, Users and third parties, and for other reasons that the Rightholder deems necessary.
10.3. The new version of these Rules comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Game’s Website, unless a different date of entry into force is provided for in the new version of the Rules.
10.4. The Rightholder has the right to notify Users of any changes to these Terms by posting the relevant information on the Game’s Website, in the Game, or by any other means that allows such information to be made available to Users.
10.5. The User undertakes to independently monitor any changes to these Terms and familiarize themselves with their current version.
10.6. Continued use of the Game after the new version of these Terms comes into force means that the User has read and accepted its terms in full, unless a different procedure for accepting the changes is provided for by applicable law.
10.7. If the User does not agree with the new version of these Terms and Conditions, they must stop using the Game and delete it from their Device, unless otherwise provided for by applicable law.

11. Final Provisions

11.1. These Rules shall come into force upon their posting on the Game’s Website, unless another date of entry into force is specified in the Rules themselves, and shall remain in effect until they are replaced by a new version.
11.2. If any provision of these Rules is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the Rules, which shall remain in full legal force.
11.3. In all matters not covered by these Rules, the Right Holder and the User shall be governed by the provisions of the License Agreement, the Personal Data Processing Policy, and other official documents on the game’s Website, as well as by applicable legislation.
11.4. In the event of any contradictions between these Rules and the License Agreement, the provisions of the License Agreement shall prevail, unless otherwise provided by applicable legislation.
11.5. All disputes arising in connection with the application or enforcement of these Rules shall be resolved through negotiations, and if an agreement cannot be reached, in accordance with the procedure established by the applicable legislation.
11.6. For all issues related to the application of these Rules, the User has the right to contact the Copyright Holder at the email address specified on the Game’s website or in the Copyright Holder’s details.

Information about the Copyright Holder, including the full name, OGRN, TIN, location, and contact details, is an integral part of this Agreement and is available at the following address: Copyright Holder
